What to include
A few details help us answer on the first reply:
- which app, and its version if you can find it;
- your device and the version of its operating system;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead;
- a screenshot or screen recording, if it shows the problem.
Never send a password, a full card number or other secrets. We will never ask for them.
